Sure looks like it. A bit early to be 100%. The 'envelope' looks segmented and looks to be projecting from a twig -- would be smooth and nestled into that nook if it were a female organ (calyx).
If you want to wait, you have time to be 100% confident and not risk pollination. Pollen sacs have to open before they are dangerous.
If you want to know today, simply take that preflower off. Use a microscope (your trichome checker should be enough magnification) and slice it open. Take a peak inside. If it's 2 'hairy' pistils it is female. If you see a handful of smooth banana-looking things, it's male. Even with zero familiarity, you will easily discern the two. Can use google image to see a clsoe up of a pistil to see what i mean by 'hairy.'
look for self-inflicted causes, if so... if you can eliminate those as a possibility you can chalk it up to genetics. Ensure you have no light leaks during dark cycle. Your duct / extractor is a prime suspect.
If it's likely genetics, you should probably throw that plant out.
If it's self-inflicted, fixing the problem should stop the plant from herming out. Even so, realize it may take time before the plant stops growing sacs. You may fix the cause, but for the hormonal balance i nthe plant is still fucked up.. however long that takes to clear up in the plant is how long you have to worry about pollen sacks.
What you do should depend on context.. if one sac, not too much of a problem. if it's popping them all over, that's obviously a different situation. Pluck them off carefully. If it continues to be a problem, i'd throw it out unless it's your only plant and won't negatively impact other flowering plants. Better to throw out some portion than ruin the whole.
