I can not see ANYTHING in the pictures that shows any sex organs at all.........still too early.
There is no way to say 100% definitively that this plant is either male or female.
If you go to week 7 in my diary "cannabis conundrums", I have posted pictures of both male and female pre-flowers and these may help you to decide what is going on with your plant when the time comes.
