Hey bro, they look dialled in spacing’s solid and I can already see through most of them. If light and air are getting where they need to, you honestly don’t have to defol again. That said, if you feel some leaves are still blocking key bud sites or airflow, it won’t hurt to take a few more off. Just don’t go overboard at this stage, less is more. I usually just trust my eyes: if the plant breathes well and everything’s getting light, I leave it alone. If it’s a bit crowded, I thin a little. You’re already on the right track. Just fine-tune if needed 👊🌿

What benefit? Did you compare to a control group of clones that weren't stripped? don't strip whimsically. It's not helpful. You are ruding co2 intake when you do so and light absorption, there's a very, very low probability that doing so can be counterbalance or outweighed by some perceived benefit. removing leaves does not help, in general. It does not allow the plant to focus more on the buds. Getting light to lower areas while losing overall light intensity is not a benefit because sugars are not compartmentalized in the plant. they freely move to where they are needed in the vascular tissue as it is their function. Apical dominance dicates where it is used, not where the light hits. these are hypotheses that get repeated but don't have any empircal evidence to support them. the person making the hypothesis is the one responsible for proving it. You don't just assume it is true because it sounds true. leaves are imprtant anatomy that are multifunction and far more value-added than bro-science gives them credit. You should maximize them not minimize them. (common sense applies.. e.g. assume you don't over-crowd the canopy) a plant will shed leaves if it has too many.. there are feedback loops in the plant that will handle this stuff better than 3rd party assumptions.

I was a big fan, swazing, miami mango, grandmasterlevel, book for 500$ , many things were pushing me there. I had even tests done, were results were questionable, but i still always awarded defoliation as a winner. After grinder all looks same. Toping, lolipoping , LST/scrog and selective defoliation will make your harvest 20-50% bigger. Yes, you get better quality of all harvest, almost no popcorn, no air if done right with defoliation timing and rules, but i dont sell weed, o can smoke air, if i have 30% or so more .....
