Trichomes on calyxes only -- ignore leaves. all you can do is scope and react. don't make it a decision... it's a reaction to what you want to see.

If that's the case it's entirely up to you bro, I would harvest when the trichomes are milky if it's the standard with your strain, I do see some that look like amber but the spot underneath is purple so it's probably misleading (pic 4)
