It may be harmless, as it is genetically determined. However, it may also indicate stress or a deficiency. Judging this without further information would be speculation. Pay attention to your values, if they are optimal, then it may be genetic

Q: What are the red marks A: It's always sunny in Philadelphia. If you want to change something on NOT the marks use N or P. Really doesn't matter the plant education is so bad they don't even care about letters .. rather elements.. Wondering what the advise with an lignified stem could be.. more water cause it's brownish and dry?

It looks like mild light stress or light burn. During flowering, you want to push for maximum light intensity, so it's pretty common to see signs like slight purpling on the stems (especially the side facing the light), some canoeing, or yellowing and burnt tips. The purpling happens because the plant produces anthocyanins, a natural pigment as a protective response to high light levels. It’s not a major issue, but next time you could dial the light back just a bit to avoid it.

Could be genetics. Could be low S (streaks in stems, not petioles) Can rule out low S if you don't have chlorosis in new growth at top starting at the petiole and progressing outward on the leaf. That sort of chlorosis progression is about as discrete as a symptom can get. Easy one to rule out. I have had streaks in stems before. Had some turn a solid shade of purple, too.
