At least it handled transition to sun well. Does look very old for an auto and no initial flowering, so it's probably a photoperiod. I'm not sure of your region, but around here flowering probably won't initiate until end of july / early august, give or take. Check out sunrise/sunset and when days are ~14h or less that's about when it'll start to flower - whether you see it with naked eyes or not.
When you see some preflowers (individual calyx at base of any branch) figure it started 5-7 days before that point.. longer if they are large fully developed calyxes. It's a guess, but the best you got outside. This will help you know when things start to flower in your backyard for future reference. good to know how much vege time you have / planning inside starts etc.
