I've read about both.
- Increase the light intensity for 3-7 days
- Leave the plant in the dark for 3-7 days
What's the difference? What's "better"?

Well, everyone reads something ... many have wisdom beyond... all have own (best) experiences ... the others are always bro science.. own standard is from original publications from at least one noble prize winners....
