Should I continue with LST today and tie down the main stem again, or wait until tomorrow or the day after? See photos.

Hey 👋 Personally, I would wait a bit until the new shoots are about 5-8 cm long. The shorter the distances, the higher the chance that the stem might break when bending it down, and that would be all for nothing... But so far, it looks really good in my opinion! Good luck with the rest 👊🖖🍀

Its almost a daily routine to lst plant. But all depends on when you watered her, first few days i dont train after watering, tucking leaves - yes, exposing side branches- yes, heavy bends - no, too dangerous. Roll or bend down pot verge, you dont need that wall for stagnant air. Normally i start with a bit more mature plant, but there is not one road to Rome ! Have fun !

I would say you're generally a bit early with LST. The bottom two shoots are usually not really productive even after LST and rarely make it to the top of the finished plant. I think this way your Low-Stress-Training is more like High-Stress-Training. Even when the right time comes, I would always give the plant several days (more like a week) between training sessions.
