In the evening, I thought everything was fine. Unfortunately, I noticed a few light spots on the leaves. A closer examination of the plant didn't yield any results. There were no other noticeable changes. I also looked at the undersides of the leaves with a microscope, and aside from 2 small black dots, I couldn't find anything. Despite Google and AI diagnosing for thrips, I leaned more towards soil particles due to yesterday's LST. More later... Light set to 100% from today. 01.08. No major changes. Still 2 or 3 small black dots. Unfortunately, one leaf looked slightly nibbled today. As a precaution, I set up a yellow sticky trap and ordered neem oil and blue traps, and added about 1/4 tablespoon of nematodes to the watering (0.5l). 02.08. Took another look with the microscope. Today I spotted a little creature. So probably thrips after all. Luckily, the neem oil and blue traps arrived. First, I put up a blue trap, and in the evening, I gave her a little neem shower. According to the instructions, you should spray every 2-3 days in case of infestation. Therefore, I will spray again after 3 days. I removed a few leaves and shoots that looked affected or were growing towards the ground. In the afternoon, I continued with LST. I just moved one wire forward by a couple of nodes to bring the main stem back down. 03.08. nothing 😂 04.08. 500ml water with 0.6-0.7ml Grow fertilizer pH 6.4. Also removed one larger and 2 smaller leaves. 05.08. Today I gave her another neem shower, plus 750ml water pH 6.4, 22°C. I also adjusted the main stem again with LST.

enzo1992 06.08. Soil surface quite dry, but pot still "heavy". No water. Just LST and removed a few more leaves. Meanwhile, a few side shoots are long enough to direct them towards the pot edge. My little pest problem seems to have resolved itself, but I'll do another Neem oil treatment this weekend. 07.08. 750ml water, pH 6.5, 21.5 °C with about 1.3 ml/l Grow fertilizer and another 1-2 knife tips of nematodes. Also had to remove another leaf and adjusted the LST. 08.08. Nothing. Today my lady gets to relax. 09.08. Neem shower and 750ml water, pH 6.5, 23 °C with 1ml/l Grow fertilizer. The stem of my lady was almost directly on the ground, so I loosened the LST wires and removed the soil under the stem with a wooden stick. 10.08. Removed a few leaves. No water. If I'm correctly informed, the little hairs are the first signs that my lady is going into flowering. 11.08. The lady is growing and growing. So far, I’d say everything is going pretty well. enzo1992 13.08. The lady is really picking up speed. Today I measured her. About 15cm tall. The height of the lamp stays at about 30cm distance. The pot was already very light again. So I watered with 1 liter of water at 6.4 pH and 21 °C. Then I guided the shoots again. It could be that my lamp doesn’t provide very even lighting. The left side shoot directly under the main shoot is noticeably longer and more developed than the right one. I turned the lady to hopefully balance that out. 14.08. nothing 15.08. I adjusted the height of the lamp today after all. It’s now hanging at 38 cm. In the evening, I gave another 1 liter of water with 0.5 ml/l grow fertilizer (25% of the recommendation) and 0.5 ml/l bloom fertilizer (50% of the recommendation), pH 6.4 and 22.5 °C, and another 1/4 teaspoon of nematodes. After the LST, I had to remove a leaf because it was resting on some other leaves, and I want to prevent the risk of mold. A couple of small leaves from the middle of the lady looked a bit "damaged." I removed those too, and I also removed a few tiny shoots that were growing towards the ground just to be safe. 16.08. One night of rest and a few hours of light, and my little plant already looks very refreshed again. Unfortunately, when I put her back in the tent yesterday, the LST wire on the main shoot must have come loose. I fixed it again. I had to temporarily lower the lamp to 80% due to temperatures in the tent reaching up to 31 °C. 17.08. Watered 2 liters, pH 6.4 at 21 °C, weight after watering 4050g. 18.08. nothing. Weight 3134g. 19.08. 2391g before watering, 4371g after. I watered with 2 liters (pH 6.4 at 22 °C) with 1ml/l grow fertilizer and 1ml/l bloom fertilizer. I also did LST again. My lady is slowly starting to smell stronger. As soon as I open the tent, a cloud of scent hits me ❤️ In my opinion, everything looks good. The whole leaf mass in the middle of my plant makes me reconsider removing a few leaves from the center. This way, some leaves wouldn't hang so close together and the shoots still in the middle of the plant would have time to develop over the next few weeks. I have now set the lamp to about 27 cm distance to achieve a DLI of about 40 (a bit less). Because a few LST wires have loosened, they were replaced. Weight after watering 4404 g. Since my lady is progressing vigorously, I tried out my phone USB microscope today... What a bad piece of equipment. I can't handle it at all. The pictures are extremely blurry and shaky. There's no way to accurately determine if the trichomes are already milky. Or just to see what trichomes actually look like... no chance. How do you prefer to do it? As seen in my photo, my lady seems to have caught powdery mildew. I noticed this during a check in the tent in the morning. I removed the leaf immediately. So again just under 60% of what BioBizz recommends. 4878 g. 09.09. 3843 g. I now have a different microscope, and the pictures are really more than good. However, I see that many trichomes are glassy. Some are already milky. Occasionally, I also see a slightly yellow/orange/amber one. But there are individual sugar leaves on which there are already quite a few amber ones. In the overall picture, there are almost no amber ones or they currently look like they are transitioning from milky to amber. But these individual sugar leaves seem a bit strange to me. I think tomorrow I will fertilize again and then only water. Most grows of my strain here in the community were harvested after about 5-6 weeks. So (10.10. = beginning of flowering week 5) I can then flush for about 2 more weeks, as recommended in BioBizz's feeding schedule.

Today I measured the drain for the first time. The pH value is at 6.9. According to my information, the pH value coming in at the top should roughly match what comes out at the bottom. According to the internet and AI, I should water next time with a lower pH value and aim for a drain of about 20%. 4958 g. 11.09. 3942 g. 12.09. 3145 g. (weighed about 6 hours earlier than usual) To counteract the increased pH value in the substrate, I watered today with about 3.8 liters at pH 6.0 at 21 °C. A drain of about 10-20% was created. The pH value of the drain is at 6.5. 5258 g. 14.09. 3987 g. 15.09. 3013 g. The scent is getting stronger. The trichomes are developing well. Overall, there are still more clear trichomes than milky ones. However, there are already some amber ones in certain spots. According to the AI analysis of 2 pictures, the ratio is 65-70% glassy, 28-33% milky, and 1-2% amber. I will probably check the trichomes every day and harvest as soon as the majority are milky. Most recommendations for harvesting suggest as many as possible should be milky and about 10 to a maximum of 20% amber. 16.09. 2323 g. 2 l, pH 6.2 at 20.5 °C.

I had one or more photos analyzed by AI regarding the distribution of the trichomes. Therefore, the following percentages indicate the analysis by AI: clear / milky / amber (number of analyzed photos in parentheses). Trichome distribution: 20-25 / 70-75 / 5 (3) 18.09. 3077 g. Trichome distribution: 20-25 / 70-75 / 5 (2) 19.09. 2429 g. 500 ml, pH 6.1 at 22.5 °C. Since the harvest is just around the corner, I only watered a very small amount. The current plan is/was to harvest in 2 days on 21.09. Since the pot was already very light and dry, I watered a very small amount again. Trichome distribution: 40 / 55 / 5 (1) I’m sure I checked at least 2 images with AI on 19.09. Unfortunately, I can only find data for one image. The analysis of the second image was, if I remember correctly, about 15-20 / 60-70 / 15-20, which is why I decided to harvest the next day, on 20.09., due to the slowly increasing number of amber trichomes. enzo1992 On September 20th, after 38 days (since the start of flowering in the diary) or 41 days (first signs of flowering), it was harvest time. I let the lamp run normally until 11 PM the day before. After that, I turned off the lamp using the Wi-Fi socket. On harvest day, around 11:30 AM, after about 12 hours of darkness, it was finally time. I had prepared everything beforehand, and when my harvest helper 😘😘😘 arrived, we got started almost immediately. The lady came out of the tent, and after a few photos, the fun was over, and the lady was harvested. For drying, I chose the DryFerm Bags. Therefore, the buds were trimmed wet right away. As seen in the pictures, I was able to achieve a harvest weight of 174 g after trimming. The main bud was about 11 cm long and weighed 24 g on its own. We split the harvest into 2 bags and weighed them. To differentiate the bags, I put a piece of tape on the closure of one bag. The bag (K) with tape weighed 112.1 g with closure (the tape wasn't on yet). The other bag (O) also weighed 106.4 g with closure. A bag with closure weighs 22.9 g. The subsequently added tape adds another 0.4 g. Thus, in bag (K) it's 112.1 - 22.9 = 89.2 g. And in bag (O) it's 106.4 - 22.9 = 83.5 g. For drying, I initially placed the bags on the floor (OSB boards) in a storage room due to a lack of alternatives, or on a cardboard box. I will weigh the bags every day and update the results here. September 21st: The bags shouldn't be lying on the floor to dry. Until the drying net arrives, I've constructed an alternative solution out of wire, a leftover fly screen, string, cardboard, and with the help of a stapler 😅. In my opinion, a good result, although I'm really surprised at how much moisture the buds lose during drying. I can only recommend the DryFerm Bags. After removing the buds from the bags and storing them in a jar, there is a constant humidity of 60% in the jar. I haven't tried it myself yet, so I can only assess the result regarding taste and effect later.
