lots of people have this goal but don't stick with it. The problem is that the tweaks you need to make can't be done midstream. So, if your soil is constituted in an imbalanced way you can't do anything about that until the next grow cycle. you'll be fighting that def/tox/lockout the entire time. Once you do find a balance of components that consistently produce healthy plants seed to harvest, it's obvioulsy pretty cool thing to accomplish. Be systematic... you don't need lab precision ratios of components, but you also can't just do it sloppily and expect consistent results. Unless you have a proven formula to start, the soil constitution is going to take some trial and error. Patience and a little critical thinking necessary, and once you get there it's on cruise control.

Most important points are already made by 00, fixing / imbalances is where the fun ends. Preparation.. thinking.. expectations.. results.. all good reasons do not do something like that. Well, any arguments, logic stuff, experience, published data, knowledge and everything else aside. Short answer is YES - repotting. Longer answer is YES - Preparation (wondering how biotabs are working if you can't somehow plan up in front). Even without repotting during flower. Much longer answer is YES - but with what intention. If you want to have to most single fantastic plant - NO If you want to do a no/low-brainer - NO Always carefull with absolute truth. Anyway, question wasn't about is it possible/good/bad. 😅 Answer to your question: Yes, I do, but sometimes I try to fix or push. 😜 If this fixing or pushing is doing any good or bad is again another discussion😀

I did few attempts. One of my old diaries : growdiaries.com/diaries/164021-grow-journal-by-asnoriu Would i do agsin - no, i lost 20-30% of weight, taste was good tho immediately.... and watering was easy, only dechlorinating of water and adjusting pH.

There's quiet a few doing this these days. There will still be things that need to be added, organic won't last a full grow and the adding of more P/K for flower so water only is a mistake.. Or you can add chemicals in small amounts to help with deficiency I call hybrid organic because your keeping the microbes happy with ammendments and soil conditioners just with the help of chemicals in small amounts..
