Defoliation is somthign you do in reaction to a problem or specific need. Just doing it to do it does not help the plant. Its empty sophistry. Gaps in canopy where light is not absorbed is not a benefit. Loss of co2 intake is not a benefit. All the nutrients that were stored in the leaves that you painstakingly provided to the plant were cut off. Early in flower so it should grow back.

Yes you did. Why did you remove the leaves? What are you hoping to achieve by removing the leaves? What real benefit does defoliation provide? Are you having a massive issue controlling excessive humidity?? ALL of the plants energy that they needs to grow their flowers is made by the leaves. Remember.........less leaves = less energy being made = less potential growth/yields. Just because "everyone else does it" does not make it right. Oh well.........too late now.
