do you see people flushing outdoor plants (i.e. flushing the earth, bwahahah)?? No, because it's an absurd context that ignores the fact that flower is not responsible for storage of excess and nor does a plant have an excretion system. Flushing dilutes the medium and that's it's only function. Once it's in the plant, there is no 'flushing the plant' ...
reducing what enters in the long run will help reduce a toxicity, but hte plant has to use up what was already taken in.. there's no flushing it out.
Do it if you want to. It can't hurt too much, either. it's akin to masturbation, though. Your plant looks more deficient than toxic in a few spots, so i wouldn't do it. If you see a tox symptom, reduce that particular nutrient molecule, not the who spectrum of nutrients.
Some plants won't show amber, but it should be quite rare. If a plant is dense, fully plump and pistils have all turned rusty, i won't wait for amber. glass vs plastic or clear vs smokey... if it's all smoky and plastic-looking, it's probably good to go. Amber is actually a sign it is past its peak level of THC. The reason 'they' say wait for 10-50% or wahtever amber is because the top ripens faster than the bottom levels... so it's an average and to get the most of the entire plant you end up with buds that are bit more ripe than the lowers. Obviously more weight up top, so you don't want to go too far with that.
