You will still need to wait another 6 weeks or so. This plant has only started flowering and would only contain a very, very, very, very small amount of THC and not enough to have any effect. These flowers will grow much, much bigger.....as it gets closer to being ripe, the pistils/hairs will start turning brown. Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be at harvest maturity.

Technically, there's probably THC in a seedling, but not the levels you need to get high. Those buds are in initial stages of development, so you have a long time. 4-6 weeks, maybe more if it's a slow plant. when the calyxes plump and it looks like bud, still have 7-10 days for trichomes to ripen. Don't bother scoping until it looks like bud...
