Just crank up your light to around 200 ppfd, next week 300 and so on. You can set your seedling a bit deeper, it will grow roots up to the cotyledons. Or just put more soil on top,if it is an automatic.

I wouldn’t lower the light. Rather increase the PPFD. Since you’re using the Photone app I’d really use the DLI function with the amount of hours your lights are on. With the recent updates the app is very accurate. You won’t have any problems with leggy plants.

That may have happened before this point if you have been adjusting toward more power... can't undo stretch in older growth. make sure some sort of node spacing does develop. You have 3 sets of lights tightly packed right now, so even though that initial stem is a bit longer than you'd want, it's standing upright on its own and probably getting a bit too much light at least the last few days .. if you've been changing the light frequently, take the best-guess average. The new growth node spacing will tell you when to amp up or down. It will quickly need more, but let it show a little stretch.. take notes on timing and you can amp up on a schedule to avoid it next time. Make sure VPD isn't high and all is well. The plant tells you what to do.
