I would focus on climate control.. the amount of dehumidification and AC needed during light hours will be immense. The electricity use may end up as much as the lights, lol. if commercial.. SOG.. least amount of costs with a shorter vege and equivalent production. ind/sat? so interbred do such things even exist anymore? clones.. you want clones for consistency of results. This obviously isn't for personal use. keep it simple and avoid the money-wasting magical nonsense out there.

Trust me it‘s not worth it without proper experience, start Small, study… give yourself time Most of issues will appear in your journey, there is No way a newby can manage such big tents alone, speaking from own experience… it will be a full time Job & you will only run from one issue to the other. You put time, effort & money into a project you Not certain the outcome, with 28x 720 W you will have a lot of costs & the Output won‘t Cover that costs without proper Experience… just saving you from much trouble right here
