Runoff was 5,5 PH and 2000PPM, why?

So I just checked my plants runoff and its 5,5. So I flushed it with water ph´ed at around 7,5 to buffer it to around 6,2 where I stopped. I have not watered with water less than 6 in PH, so why is this happening? My PPM was also waay too high. Plants looking fine though

I assume that u,re a soil grower, so there is a thing
Dont measure soil ppm it,s usless
Change in ph due to anions an cations (def or overfeed)
