Patience grasshopper!
Another 4 weeks or so and you will see a huge difference.
Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.

No you’re not in the window to harvest. Let those hairs turn brown. The buds should start fattening up by then and the trichomes begin to turn milky and amber. The smell will definitely intensify. Cutting too early is the biggest mistake, be patient.

Not the greatest quality of photo but no it does not look ready at all, getting a x20 magnifier with a light on Amazon will help!
