Bended seedling why?

Hello today in the morning my week old seedlings were all normal and good looking, but now I arrive home and the biggest seedling is all bend like in the photo, all the other are normal, the temperature was very high 33 degrees Celsius, it's because of that? What should I do?

it's ok (take aside lack of light, it's bs of a thin stem) he's doing LST bs u don't xDDD cover 1/3 of stem with soil then another 1/3 within a week and etc
