Their tents are probably more durable than others, but also probably not worth the extra expense. So, kind of depends on your income how you feel about that. some people can piss away 1000s of usd without a concern...
I'd choose a brand with stronger poles, if i had to pick one characteristic. The canvas will always stretch out at seams - some faster than others. Make sure you equipment you plan to hang is 1/2 the stated max load to be safe.
I'd suggest using a room you can mostly light-proof so that the tent doesn't have to over-perform. And, stay the fuck out during dark cycle of flower, lol.
Light creeps in through the ducting very easily. Put a larger box around the exhuast duct to create a light labyrinth or create a baffle etc... But a dark room gives greater confidence.
Definitely need an exhaust fan. Look for "EC motor" - terra bloom or 'the company that shall not be named" has decent fans. Avoid those amazon no-name exhaust fans. They have limited power control and make loud noises after 3-6 months of use. Buy large enough that you can run at 50% ... it will be quieter and the equipment will last longer.
A circulation fan is definitely helpful. You can buy any cheap clip on fan for that. I hang a couple box fans in a large tent, lol. You don't want direct, strong wind on plants. a little jostling of leaves throughout canopy is enough.
lights can be expensive due to brand name and not quality.. i just went over how to assess a light in a recent (today) grow question. you can look up those suggestions without me retyping it all. Efficacy is king.. they lie a lot... there are ways to out the lies if willing to put in a modicum of effort and math skills.
