Maybe signs of Powdery mildew, do i chop it now?

I am 2-3 days out on harvesting and outdoor landrace flower. She's been healthy throughout, however it's been raining heavily the past 3 days. I have had it mostly covered. I did notice slight white spots on the lower, leaves. Immediately removed all, should I chop it now?
