You are already near the upper end of where you want temperatures, so this will only make it warmer. Is your exhaust running at 100%? Is it exhausting into lung room? If so, cranking it up isn't going to do much for the temperature. You needed about 50% more light than just 1 sf1000 for the size of your tent, so either need to use AC or exhaust outside the room -- assuming ambient temperatures are low enough to counter-balance the heat production.
your question is a matter of context... you should know whether you need an AC just by thinking about it for a second. If ambient temp around the tent isn't conducive, you need an AC and there's not wishing or wanting to avoid it.
- using bigger room would be a minor help
- run lights at night instead of deay might save a degree or 3.
otherwise, AC is the only way to cool the air.
