I have a marshydro ts600 think it was around the 100quid mark im at week 10 very first grow 1 plant growing and about to harvest its cheap as chips to run too

I gre nice plants under mars ts1000. Cheap to bits, but does the job. Works way better, than a bit pricier sp150. Tested most of mars lights, you can get great results under them. Fact. Think 100 pounds is doable for any person in uk.
