lots of plump left... it varies how quickly they fill in, but those calyxes are not plump around the hairs. You don't have to scope trichomes, yet.
when it looks like they are no longer getting fatter, that's a good time to start scoping trichomes.
also, no way that is 4 weeks of flower. This is how myths perpetuate... it's not in flower when you see something... by that time it's already been in flower for a while. This is closer to 6 weeks of flower. 4 weeks is a bunch of fluffy white hairs at nodes and terminals. A rare faster flower might be a few days ahead of that.
if comparing to a normal timeline of a photoperiod, you are closer to ~6 weeks and ~3 weeks remain.
