Good morning, a few more details would be nice, climate, PPFD, growing method. They look a bit heavy and wet in some parts. It could be that they were kept too wet and therefore can't absorb nutrients anymore. If it were pure over-fertilization, then the upper shoots would have more claw-like leaves. Generally, if the tops look good and the bottoms look bad, they are undernourished. If the tops look bad and the bottoms look good, it's too much fertilizer or light. I'm guessing it's too wet and causing a blockage. It would be best to take one out of the pot and check the roots.
