A good rule of thumb is you'll add 50%-100% of the height the day you flip by the end of stretch, as a napkin math to cross ref against your fixture height range so you're not burning buds or lowering light intensity to accommodate. you can def change that % though depending on stress and hormones mostly during the first few weeks of flower.
