hey 👋 Your seedlings look very healthy! I don’t think you’re giving them too much water. You’re right to focus the watering around the stem ; just gradually widen the watering circle as well as the amount of water. Since you’re using Light Mix, the 1 ml dose of BioGrow is appropriate; you can increase it in about two weeks. One last thing: regarding the light, since you have a 100 W lamp, don’t raise it too quickly. Let the plant gain a few centimeters; when it naturally reaches around 30–35 cm, then raise your lamp to avoid light burn 👌

You're doing good. Id start to feed soon. Around day 12- 14 they'll start to need food fairly quickly and will show signs of being hungry.

Yeah it's right mate, just try and imagine what's going on underneath and knowing that roots will go in search for water

This is why you don't put a tiny plant in a huge pot, but if you do... Figure a bit wider than the canopy... and make sure it gets wet all the way down so you don't train superficial roots... this will naturally spread out even wider than what you see on top. looks like you went wide and shallow here... superficial roots are not ideal.
