sounds like you choose the volume of water to give rather than using what is required.
At least one of your irrigtaions should be with at least 10% runoff and probably both to avoid buildup. It's also possible your formula is off, but i'd fix your irrigation habits, first. The problems may go away just from that.
I usually don't suggest to remove leaves, but you may want to thin out some congestion... do not create gaps in canopy,... less is more. Overlapping leaves and leaves bunched up with no way to bend or shape them otherwise etc.. The leaves pointing down at bottom that create a semi-closed area around a damp medium inhibits airflow. MEssing with transpiration can impact leaf health on its own too. Plus, if you clear that out a bit you can more easily irrigate.
as far as the light, look at recent nodes... is the spacing okay? Too tight - needs less; Too stretched - needs more.
To do multuple irrigations a day, the plant has to drink fast enough to warrant it. If not drinking down at least 1/3rd of its 'full' weight, probably shouldn't be doing multiple irrigations.
Again, runoff is essential to soilless growing. Get 10% runoff religiously to avoid buildup of nutrients in medium -- something that should never happen when doing things right. If you weren't getting runoff consistently, i'd run a little extra through it the next couple irrigations. ~20% or more. This will not cause a problem for a well-constituted 70/30 coco+perlite. The extra runoff will help quickly correct any buildup that may have occured.
