A few days ago I saw that the 3 lowest Fan leafes startee looking weak and Develop those Bad looking Spots and the leafes a curling towards the inside.

Hey, need to tell you that your soil is mostly completly sucked dry of nutrients after week 4 with this plant size in light mix. The nutrients which you are feeding are not coming in time for your plant, it will get a constant back and for. Also i think you are missing cal/mag in your feeding plan. If you wanna stay organic with your grow in the longrun you should inform yourself more about nutrients and soillife. Whats best for it, how to mix it, that the soillife provides the nutrients even better to your plant.

yeah, probably proximity to the medium -- messes with transpiration, which is a primary control for the flow of water in the plant and therefore nutes to the leaf. At night i bet they droop down and rest on it all night.
LEave'em be.. they don't hurt you.. if the plant sheds them, they'll be sucked down and put to good use in the meantime. Always let a plant suck'em down before removing, if possible. Some extreme context might warrant early removal.

I think it's probably humidity being so close the the medium. I would just take those leaves off before mold starts to catch..
