Climate control is absolutely the solution. If you get WPM, it is almost certainly due to poor climate control. Clean all you want, spray all you want, but if the climate is a problem there's no avoiding it.
If you grow photoperiods or simply for easy data collection or convenience, get one of those wireless temp and RH probes that you can hang in your garden and connects via bluetooth to your phone. These devices poll temp and rh constantly. So, after the lights go out you can see how the temperatures drop and ensure the 'relative' humidity isn't spiking to near-100% without interrupting dark cycle for photoperiods.
If dehum isn't strong enough, need a smaller canopy, bigger dehum, or grow in a dry season. I had problems when i scaled up... ~5 weeks into flower once the plants were larger and pumping out more moisture, the dehum didn't keep up the first 30minutes after lights went out and caused consistent, repeated condensation, which makes WPM almost inevitable even if it dries up quickly after that point. Vast majority of the time, the climate was fine, but that 30-60mins after lights went out when i never could see the temp and rh readings, bad things were happening.
