Did any leaves droop? If you damage vascular tissue enough, some portion of the plant will have a problem maintaining turgidity -- essentially water pressure in the plant that holds itself up. Even if it didn't droop, you likely damage 'something' if it made a cracking sound.
As long as the stem(s) didn't get completely severed, which would be obviously detached, lol, it will most likely heal. You probably did some damage, but it just didn't break off. It'll heal stronger than it was before.
Since it's an auto.. may slow it down. as long as growth continues at same rate you saw before, that concern can be eliminated. I would take extra time looking for pollen sacs during initial flowering stages. The longer you go out from the stress, the less you have to worry about ramifications downstream.
LST looks fine. Not bery useful for autoflowers unless it's an XXL variety. Anchor and bend down... looks good.
You should have a plan and not just do it whimsically. You only need about 3 colas per sq ft. Working backward from that and your footprint of light can tell you each plant's responsibility.. With autos, each plant can be a drastically different size, so it's more of a guessing game than it would be with photoperiods, but can still apply similar concepts to make decisions easier.
have an endgoal for your canopy. simply do what's necessary to get there in the most efficient way possible. It will save your time, effort and money.
