I always thought it replaced pollen but it doesn't. Uses different mechanism which is why all seeds will be feminized. Very cool. Thank you for question and answers.

For autoflowers, would def check with someone who specializes in ruderalis derivatives... Ruderalis comes with so much genetic baggage IMO, I wouldn't be procreating with the genetics. Reversing strains with sts is usually a really variable process. Sometimes you spray every other day for 5 weeks and no pollen or male parts. Sometimes you spray once a day before flipping, and she is dropping pollen 3 weeks later... Incredibly super super all the way strain dependent. For your first time going with this, which will likely be your last as most folks dont keep a clone going of their ruderalis derivatives (for many reasons), I'd give it like 2 weeks on the every three days. Also, IME folks try to literally spray when they get into reversing. That stuff is not stuff you want to spray. Mask/gloves/glasses, no airflow, qtip, nano-applications of this stuff where it actually needs to be...that is the way source - have reversed plenty
