Can someone help determine what is happening to this plant? Strain is Marshmallow OG, feminized seed. I'm seeing seed pockets forming.

yup as everyone else said, thats a male. I'd chop that before the pollen sacks start opening. if it's dropping pollen already, you'll need to wipe down your tent and equipment thoroughly to eliminate the pollen. Water kills the pollen so spraying all the non-electrical equipment is crucial.
