also whatever kind of rocks those are may look cool, but not an optimal choice. Big chunky shit impedes roots. Might be a small effect, but no reason to do it with a plethora of better options. LArger leca bals are bad choice, and big ol wood chunks or huge-sized perlite are too for the same reason.

1.5 ec including tap or just what you mixed in? Might be on high side. if it's just the fertilizer's portion, may need less. root damage? slime? stink? if node spacing is too tight, could be light. doesn't looks to be the case on some of them. Pic 6 might be a shitty pheno if you don't find anything wrong in the rootzone... I'd try dropping to the concentration. Consider mimicking jacks 3-2-1 ppms per nutient. i know that formula will work on 90-95% of phenos. it's not about overall concentration, even though that is also important, but getting the others in the right range and ratio of each nutrient is key.. overall concentration will fall in line automatically after that. Dealer's choice.. Eliminate possibilities as you can and try mitigating a possibility that remains and see what happens. Hopefully it's slow-moving enough to be systematic about it so you don't have a repeat in future grows.
