The breeder should honestly be ashamed if this was sold as female, that’s clearly a male plant. I’d try reaching out to them, send over some photos. Most of the time they’ll make it right and send you a replacement batch. Good luck!

not a "herm" That is a male plant. If it was supposed to be a feminized seed, the breeder fucked up badly. That can only happen with pollen contamination from an XY plant.

this isn't a hermie, but a male. chop that before any pollen sacks burst open. If any have opened already, give everything a good wipe down with water. Water kills the pollen. If you dont you risk having seedy buds for a while after. sorry for the bad news
