"A facility?" Amenities include: Padded rooms so you can't hurt yourself while gardening communal showers Steady diet of psychological drugs that don't actually do anything they say they do, lol. Daily, mandatory 'support group' therapy But really, sounds like you are looking for an employee that you don't intend to pay?
