N-def and mybe Ca def? How it progressed would help eliminate possibilities. definitely don't flush... flushing is for issues long-ignored of greater severity.. plus this is an underfed plant, so it'd definitely make it worse. flushing is a tool when several mistakes have occured or a problem is ignored for weeks or months, lol. It should be a tool so rarely used.... you should never have to 'flush' a plant once you have some experience growing. that should be 100% avoidable. flushing is stressful.

Yes deficiency, not over feeding.........needs extra posphorous and possibly calcium too. And yes, each plant needs its own feeding schedule for best results,..........growing cannabis is rarely a "one size fits all" situation.

That is a deficiency. Looks like she was low on nitrogen in veg and now in need of pk,, thats your biggest and she needs more, don't treat all yiur plants the same some can grow into monsters if you don't resurrect it yourself.. Happy growing
