It's hard to say without pictures. Most of the time, that's completely normal with hybrids.

That's really nothing wild. Many autos look more indica-like at the beginning and change later on. Once the plant really gets going, gets more light, or starts to stretch, the leaves automatically become longer and narrower. It's just due to the genetics and the fact that different traits show up in different phases. It doesn't mean that something is going wrong. The leaves are always smaller at the beginning, even with a sativa strain. And with all the hybrids, it often happens that the leaf structure is somewhat different from plant to plant.

could be normal... some nutritional failings can cause skinny blades, too. e.g. too much p or k can cause thin blades on newer growth. So, is it healthy? If it's mostly healthy, probably just normal for that plant.

Quite common for leaves to change shape from wide indica style to narrow more sativa style during flowering. I think they do this to make it easier for pollinatio, but this is only a guess. I have seen this happen many, many times and it is completely normal.

Genetics probably, but environmental conditions can also play a role. Without a diary, it's hard to say what's going on.
