Don't panic, doesn't mean she hermies completely, just that she has accumulated enough jasmonic acid to illicit a stress response.
Judging by the very short sharp leaf formations and what looks to be a strong turgor pressure, not bad, but she needs to relax a bit.
Stress in plants is one of those things, it comes from a multitude of areas each stress adds onto the next and if the threshold of the plants resistance goes and stays above a point it forces the plant to make a choice. Something similar to........
"Fuxk this shit, Im never making it to harvest with these levels of stress, I'm going to pollenate myself".
If its only 1 or 2 sacs, the pollen generally just seeds up a couple buds underneath where it fell.
Reduce and remove all stress from the plant immediately, lower light, lower temp, maybe add some antioxidants. Look after her like she had the flu, let her knowing was just a bump in the road and from here on in there will be no more excess stress from here on in and there will be no more pollen.
Only takes a couple days to appear and release that pollen so for the next week you are in there multiple times a day ripping sacs before more pollen is dropped.
Couple seeds are not going to destroy the grow but if you don't remedy ASAP and begin nut choping, then its game over. Best of luck. Looks great BTW 👍 just a wee bit too much stress for too long.
