Looks like manganese tox, which would be really weird. overdose trace elements? dosage of various products doesn't tell much because of variable concentrations. it's not intuitive for others even if you can get familiar with it through constant use. Trece elements are measured in millimole concentraiton.. my manganese is maintained around 7.2 mM (0.4 ppm), but if you aren't soilless/hydro that won't help you too much. if you have gaunrateed analysis labels, convert the cumulative Mn to ppm and if it's drastically higher, could be the cause... since we are workign with threshold we don't know, when i say drastically higher i mean WAY higher, lol... or maybe a google search to find some evidence-based reference material.

Hey man, those little brown spots can be two things most of the time: either a small calcium issue, or the feed is running a bit hot / out of balance. The easiest way to stop guessing is to check your runoff EC. If your runoff EC is way higher than what you're feeding in, that usually points to salt buildup/ overfeeding, so I'd ease off a bit (or do a light flush) until runoff comes closer to input. If runoff is close to input, or even lower, then it's more likely calcium-related and you can try a small CalMag bump... from the pic she honestly still looks pretty healthy, a couple spots aren't a big deal unless you see them spreading quickly or showing up on new growth.
