No reason to defoliate now. Wait. Defoliate when there is a problem only. The leaf stores water and nutrients for later use.

Hello, your "canopy density" does not require any defoliation. You have nice looking plants, it will be a shame to strip them. You just need to spread them a bit.

well giving a universal answer to the question is always hard- bbecause it depends in your setup, your condition, in the strain and vigourness of the plant, and so on- just keep in mind that the leaves are the motor of the plant, they are pumping the fluids, and taking care of photosythesis so back to you- i would go with the lower 30 Percent of the Plant, and take away small shoots and leaves and depending in your training repeat it, if you feel the plant has still to many shoots in the middle, get rid of them- its like everything , you will find your own style, and what fits with your setup and conditions when i started growing i tried one or 2 new techics in every grow, just o be sure its ok- and some decisions were good, and others not but as always it depends in you and your style etc. there is like always no universal answer, you have to look at every plant and give her , what she needs in your case in wwek 3 of vegetation i just would go with taking away some leaves in the bottom area ( 3 or 4) and doing some training line topping, to spread the canopy- as i have no clue because of no pictures, how your plant look like?- its kinda hard to say anything

Unnecessary.............especially on plants that size. Defoliation is never really needed, it is ghetto science in my opinion. Buds do not need direct light to grow, just like how fruit does not only grow on the sunny side of trees. Buds do however need energy from the leaves to grow. Remember.......... More leaves = more energy being made = more potential. or......... Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential.

Zero plants need defoliation. I don't even see a reason to remove select leaves. if you don't over-crowd a canopy, there will be no reason for a defoliation. Save your time and money and simply don't overgrow it. everything you cut off is a waste. Some of it is inevitably, but the goal should be minimal pruning. Adjust methods to minimize the need as you develop your methods over time.

Hi...... Ich würde es in dieser frühen Phase des Wachstums noch keine Blätter entfernen....... Die Blätter werden zur Photosynthese benötigt ! Wenn du sie jetzt entfernst, verlangsamt es eher den Wachstum....... Viel Glück

No, leave as is for now there's nothing to remove now will only hinder the growth. Be patient, there best left alone most the time. They don't appreciate being fussed over, keep the environment stable and everything regular and they will reward you. Good luck
