Are you worried that the seeds will mold as well? I would maybe just try and tough it out. Sprays aren't a good idea even though you're not going to smoke it because it may make it mold potentially faster. Do you have the whole plant seeded out or just this single branch? Id maybe just tough it out and possibly cut the molding branch if there's other seeded areas so that it doesn't spread to the rest of the plant. If it's only on the fan leaves, then maybe cut it off if possible but beware it may spread spores Best of luck

Bordeaux mixture also called bordo mix. It’s a mix of copper sulfate (CuSO4) with quicklime (CaO). The copper ions are going to affect the enzymes in the fungal spore to prevent it’s germination. It will give you just that little extra that you need for your seeds. You will have to make like a surgery with trimming scissors on the bud to take out the rotten part without cutting the main stem and use a small paint brush to apply the bordo mix where the surgery was done

Sorry for your loss. This isn't just a gardening problem but a health risk to anyone exposed to this area even pets. The mold will like to eat the nutrient rich seeds too. Get it all out of your grow area/home and dispose of it. Each time its touched/moved, has air flow, even lightly or subtle, thousands of spores are spreading and flying around that you cant see. You are likely breathing it as well. Those spores can stay dormant and will activate anytime the conditions are right for them. Perhaps the next grow, or a humid day. Watering cans, containers, walls, grow area, all have to be cleaned with bleach. If possible get rid of anything you can that's easily replaced. Unfortunately this is a health risk. Do your research on how to clean this effectively. If you have some kind of air filter HEPA or other... start running it. If you have a dehumidifier for the room the grow is in, use it. Set it for 50% relative humidity or less. Learn how to avoid this in the future gardening before you start again. A hobby that you are not well prepared for is not worth harming yourself, or others for. Use the bleach! Look for products specifically for mold and mildew, and read and follow the directions or just these cleaning products can harm you/others/pets/plants. Safety first bro. Shut it down and decontaminate! 😪

mold can infect seeds, if not mistaken. so... hit or miss i bet. if you can test them out in an isolated way without fear of ruining other plants, sure, try it. If it can cause greater problems, i'd just throw it out. there's no cure for it... even commerical grade fungicide you can't buy (big farms can) only slows it down and is in the range of 25-33% effective... i.e. not very effective, lol. You'll find lots of anecdotal bullshit out there with cures involving milk to potassium carbonate. None of that shit works either. Even if you clean the surface, it'll grow back. parts of the mold's anatomy is below the surface. Spraying this nonsense will do more to spread it on your plant than slow it down. It's going to double in severity every 5-7 days i bet. there's no stopping it. wpm is almost always a matter of poor climate control. if not caused by poor conditions, then you also want to toss it because it is susceptible to disease under normal conditions which would be a bad trait to pass on to offspring.
