I doubt it is lockout at ~500ppm nutes. EC to PPM is an inherently inaccurate conversion, hence you see 3-4 different conversion factors used based on manufacturer of your probe. Since there aren't other symptoms, i'd wager your pH is fine too.
Overall concentration doesn't inform much on diagnosing issues. You'd need a ppm breakdown of each, which your gaurnateed analysis labels allow you to do. You could also get familiar with weighted average percent of mass, but i prefer to calculate ppms of each nutritional element. Over time you learn some basic upper/lower thresholds to avoid 99% of problems.
The lack of leaf finger prgression hints at a less than ideal balance, too, but this has more than 1 cause.

Leaf symptoms alone are not enough to diagnose. Look at any leaf symptom chart and you will see more than 1 possibility for the symtpms you see and where you see them on the plant.
K deficient and toxicity can display this but would also show other symptoms. tox would lock oher stuff out and deficiency would show damage around serated tips first before this.
Mg deficiency could show such things, but also would have had other symptoms that would occur prior - interveinal chlorosis with spots most likely in mid-level leaves.
I'd give his one some time. If it stays relegated to those 2 bottom leaves, i'd ignore it. If it doesn't progress, i'd chalk it up to the common oddity of those first couple sets of true leaves. Light related problems would start nearest the source of light, not the farthest points on the plant away from the light. Heck, it could be the proximity to the leca balls/top hat of your DWC.
The shape and progression of the leaves makes me think you'll see some symptoms before long, but this current visible symptom may be a non-issue.
