what type of questions? consulting in industry is pretty high-value, just due to the available expertise. the basics of any good cultivation commercially is going to be your sourcing, your P&P/SOPS, and your cultivation head/master. anything electrical should go local union and take no shortcuts. nutrition should be left to the head cultivator. you should have some procedures in place for reviewing the master cultivator at proper intervals (not a single grow, annually and so on). a lot of your peculiarities can be pawned off on digital tools, but when rubber hits the road the industry is hyper competitive right now. i'd go craft/micro style like you alluded to. a quality first product will sell in any market.

I don’t understand your setup. Pictures are showing 2 rooms. All with trellis so it implies Veg and Bloom in both rooms ? 🤔
