Probably.. i'd expect 2 little hairs to pop out soon. Hairs = female. The envelope looks different than a pollen sac's, too. The envelop of a pollen sac is segmented - where it splits open there are seams. That's definitely a preflower. I'm 99% certain of sex. You could pluck one off, slice it open and use your trichome scope to look inside -- white hairs or a row of nanners is easy to discern. Google image search if you are not certain... 2 white fuzzy hairs inside or several tubular structures shaped somewhat like bananas inside.

Hey buddy 👋 From the photos, it’s too early to say for sure — at 28 days in 18/6 veg, plants often show stipules and early node growth that can be confusing. What you’ve circled looks more like: • normal node structure • stipules / new growth • early preflower development, not sex expression yet I don’t see clear male balls at this point. No clusters, no round sacs forming — so that’s a good sign 👍 If it’s fem genetics, chances are it will declare female later, but right now it’s simply not mature enough to confirm. My humble advice: • keep vegging as normal • don’t stress or change anything yet • check again in another 1–2 weeks or once you flip to 12/12 Sex will become obvious soon enough. For now, nothing here looks alarming 👌 Just my humble opinion — others may chime in too.

Female for sure… you will see it 100% once you See Hair coming out of it, but it’s pretty sure female in my opinion.

Undifferentiated vegetative growth. It is impossible for a 28 day old photoperiod plant to show its sex without a change in light cycle...........it is just too early. While it might look "teardrop" shaped, I do not think this is an actual calyx/female pre-flower, just a weird growth associated with stipules. It certainly is not a male flower either.

Yes... It's tear drop shape... It's 99% sure a female. Just have to wait till 2 little white hairs (pistils) pop out to have 100% confirmation. Males have rounder shapes called balls. It's a female. Congratulation's.
