Hang down the entire plant with the roots . Pull out the plant from the media and brush the roots to clear all the dirt. Tie the roots and hang the plant down.

buy an evaporative humidifier - those don't coat things with a layer of white dust. Unfortunately, these are the type you have to replace a wick over time. if you use bacteriostatic additive and demineralized water, the wicks can last a long time. Being too cold does not make a humidifier ineffective. Well i guess if your drying room is below freezing, that's a problem, but the buds would freeze, too, lol. In fact, it's easier to maintain ~60% humidity in colder temps than warmer temps. There's no way to circumvent it. Temp and RH = drying time. either raise the humidity or continue to dry too fast.

If your hanging it's better to hang closer together for slower drying and internal microclimate, just the climate to your advantage, being cold is a good thing I would try get longer than 5 days I aim for over 10 if possible.. Good luck, Grow on ✌️ 💚

DRY IN A SMALLER ENCLOSED AREA!!!! DAT WILL TRAP DA MOISTURE LEAVING DA BUDS AND RAISE HUMIDITY!!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RH METER TO MONITOR DA AREA!!!! MY RH CAN BE 20% IN DA HOUSE!!!!! I HANG BRANCHES IN A SMALL ENCLOSED AREA WITH A SMALL FAN FOR CIRCULATION AND DA RH GETS UP AROUND 55-58%!!!! NOT DA BEST BUT DAT WILL DO!!!!!
