In a 2x2, you should hope for 200g. You'll need time to decipher whether you had strong gneetics or not. Weaker yielding plants may not get there. Using autoflowers is a detrimintal factor, too. Never quite know how large they will be, so unless you get lucky and it fills the space properly, it's usually a bit of a loss from that choice. Or, over-fill and prune to fit in future with them.
"200g" is a rough baseline. A heavy yielder will go higher. A weak plant will be lower. Can also be helpful in fine-tuning methods... if a particular training method isn't reaching up near these marks, possibly time to rethink methods, etc..
