What do these warped leaves mean?

What do my deformed leaves indicate? Everything looked good up til about day 10. The leaves started warping and looking all wavy. Indoor grow started with a T5 about 10in above, good ventilation, temps are low (around 16-18°C on average) my other plants in the same room look fine

How close is your light? Thats where I would start. Ive had leaves twist from being sunburnt.
