This should be based on health of the plant and not some pre-ordained belief. does the health of the plant demand a dilution of nutrients in the medium? If so, sure go ahead and dilute the mdeium to correct the progressing problem. I do not think these look heavily overfed. Might be on the lush side, but that's pretty hard to discern under grow lights... everything looks a little paler under intense grow lights.
the canopy is strong enough that if you only have a week or two left, you can save yourself the time and effort of mixing nutrients and switch to plain water -- i would continue to ph-balance any water provided, either way.
Like organo said, some of these look much further out than 2 weeks, so my suggestion is only accurate if honest about it.
