You didn’t overdo it. The plant still has plenty of healthy leaves, and the structure looks open and welltrained. Light can reach the lower sites, and airflow looks good too, which is exactly what you want going into flower.Since she just started flowering, this is actually one of the few moments where a bit of defoliation makes sense. You’ve basically cleaned her up and set her up nicely for the stretch. The only thing I’d say going forward Take it easy from here. Let her recover and focus on growth. During early flower, she’ll stretch and build structure, so you don’t want to keep removing too much. One more thing I noticed Have you maybe watered a bit too much or too little? When that happens, plants often let their leaf tips hang like that. It can look worse than it actually is and usually corrects itself once watering is dialed in. In situations like this, I also like to recommend a foliar feed with BioTabs Boom Boom Spray. It’s a really nice support to help the plant recover and push healthy growth again. Dont Panic Its organic 😉 Have Fun and happy Growing.

Extreme defoliation is the most made mistake of growers. Never forget how photosynthesis works 😉.

Yes. Why did you defoliate at all? What for? What are the supposed benefits? How does defoliation affect flower development? These are the questions you should have asked BEFORE cutting so many energy producing "solar panels" from your plants........you can't stick them back on now that theuy have been cut off. Less leaves = less energy being made = less potential growth.

yeah, probably.. but if in vege or early flower it'll grow back. leaves are value-added even when not receiving direct light. Should always want to keep leaves and only have a very good reason to selectively remove 1. Removing leaves never lets a plany 'focus on flowers' .. that's absurd bro science and not how a plant reacts. When you strip leaves, there's just a drive to grow more leaves, if not too late.
