Sounds like you might’ve just stunted it a bit early on, which is why it stayed short but that’s not necessarily bad, many plants stay compact and still produce well, especially with stress, genetics, or strong light early.

Besides the mentioned stuff, the flowers are burnt to a crisp. That won’t recover, stack up, or anything. IMO, besides nutrition, watering, and pH, it’s possible you also have single or combined environmental issues (RH, temp, light, inlet, outlet…). If so, IMO you should harvest, otherwise you have perfect starting points for infections on all tops of the buds. In your case (I have rather low control), I would definitely harvest and probably dry (too) quick and make it into hash. If you have dry and controlled conditions, I’d skip on my blabbering.

hello my friend The current visual appearance There are several points to note about the condition of this plant: Significant discoloration: There is a pronounced yellowing, almost white on the tops (apex), which could indicate either severe light burn or a major nutrient deficiency. Early flowering: The plant appears to be already in the advanced flowering phase despite its small size, which often happens with automatic varieties ("Autos") that have suffered stress early in their life. Bottom leaves: The few remaining leaves at the base are a healthier green, which confirms that the problem is mainly on the parts most exposed to light. s it really blocked? If the plant has not grown at all for several weeks while it is in the growth phase, we can speak of a blockage. However, here she appears to have directed all her energy towards flower production rather than vegetative growth. Root stress, a pot that is too small or inadequate watering at the beginning can radically limit the final size. In summary: Your plant is indeed very small for its flowering stage. It's not necessarily a "crazy idea" to think that she has been slowed down, but at this stage, the goal is mainly to help her finish her cycle as best as possible despite her size. I hope I was able to help you. Have a good day
